  2. What platform do your servers run on?
We operate Linux/Unix based Operating Systems on our servers. This is the industry standard with 75% of all websites using this platform as it offers the cheapest, yet most powerful solutions.

  3. Where are your servers located?
We operate a shared server system that is located in a US based datacenter. This is for both cost (keeping them down) reasons and because of the infrastructure that simply can't be matched by any NZ based providers.
